To help you in shopping with us, our policies are simple. We want you to become another happy, satisfied customer, so please keep in mind the following when making purchases:
Ordering Options We offer several ordering options available. You may place any item in your shopping basket and click on CHECK OUT or EXPRESS CHECK OUT through our Secure Shopping Cart. You may feel safe that your credit card and personal information is secure through the encryption system.
If you prefer, you may call us to place your order, toll free 866-624-6180. If calling in your order, be sure to have your Item #, Quantity, Method of shipment preferred, if you want your item gift wrapped, your billing and shipping name and address, (name as it appears on the credit card, with the billing address of the credit card), a daytime telephone number and an email address we may contact you once we ship your merchandise.
Please be advised, no order will be processed without a valid authorization from the credit card company.
Payment Options We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express Credit cards. We also will accept a Money Order or a Cashier's Check. The money order or cashiers check must be received by our office prior to processing your order. Please mail your money order or cashiers check to:

Shipping Most products ship out within 3-5 business days of placing an order. You will be notified by email if your order will take longer to ship. We offer our customers low cost shipping charges to the continental United States. All packages are fully insured to their full value. Delivery time is usually 2-3 business days from time of shipment.
Gift Wrapping Your order can be gift wrapped, for only $5.00 additional and we will personalize it with a note from you.
Sales Tax Our company is located in West Virginia, so 6% sales tax will be added to your order if it is being shipped to a West Virginia address. If being shipped to any other address, no sales tax will be added.
Returns/Refunds We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt of your order, for a full refund. If the merchandise is defective, we will replace it free of charge, simply call for an authorization number, ship it back to us prepaid, and we will mail you a replacement upon receiving your merchandise back.
Call our toll free number for a return authorization number, and return your purchase. Item must be returned in original condition, and original box with all paperwork included, with a return authorization number. If item is returned after the 14 day period, no refunds will be issued. Return shipping is not reimbursed.
Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or give any of your personal information (name, email address, credit card information) to anyone, under any circumstance. Your information is solely used to process your order with us.
Fraud We take this very seriously as our products are expensive, and if you are trying to commit fraud, by using a stolen credit card or unauthorized card, we will prosecute to the full extent of the law.
